自制 cheese酱.. Selfmade cheese sauce

shredded cheddar cheese[I use "Emborg" brand(orange colour)]-250gm
Butter - 1 tbsp
Flour - 1 tbsp
Fresh Milk - 125ml @ Half cup
Sour cream- 2 tbsp
1. Heat a non-stick pan. Melt butter and add flour. Mix well.
2. Add the milk and stir until thickened.
3. Enter the cheese and stir until cheese melts.
4. Enter the sour cream and stir until good concentration.
*You can slice the cheese so that it can melt faster, Keeping stir , dont let it burst.
*Add On wedges/french fries, you can also add some mayonnaise on it.
*If it is too stick, you can still add some milk

碎切达干酪[我用“Emborg的”品牌(橙色)]-250克
牛油 - 1汤匙
面粉 - 1汤匙
鲜牛奶 - 125毫升/半杯
酸奶油 -2汤匙
1。烧热不沾锅。融化牛油,加入面粉。拌匀。
2。加入牛奶,搅拌,直到增厚。
3。奶酪和搅拌,直到奶酪融化。
4。倒入酸奶和搅拌,直至良好的浓度。
*您可以切片奶酪,以便它可以融化得更快,保持搅拌 ,不让它粘底 。
*配上薯条/wedges,你也可以添加一些mayonnaise。
*如果酱太粘 , 可以在煮的时候添加牛奶
